I’m looking into subrogating a mortgage held with Cajamar. I’ve never heard of them before, and assume that they are on of the smaller cajas. Can anyone tell me more about them, experiences, financial status or anything else?
Cajamar is from the Almeria area and they became “larger” with the property boom. Currently I dont know how they stand but googling them for news for the past 6 months should give you a good idea of the deal is worth your while.
I didn’t say there was a problem, I simply like to try and understand who or what I am dealing with.
I’m sure that many people in the past took the view that as long as they got the mortgage that was all that mattered, It seems that many have subsequently become unhappy with their lender, either through incompetence, unexplained small print or poor customer service.
A mortgage is a long term commitment, and it seems sensible to choose a reasonable lender.
