I’ve seen a property (newly completed) in Las Negras, cabo de gata and I’m thinking of buying it. It’s about the only decent complex I’ve seen anywhere on the Southern coast of Spain. It would just be for weekends, sailing, chilling out on the beach etc…. the developers were asking about €250,000 for 100m2 constructed incl underground garage and store. it seems they would go for around €200k; it’s not the usual TAT, in fact would not look out of place in Miami, prime spot in Ibiza etc…. Do any of you have any views on the area? I’ve noticed that the “invernaderos” plastic farms seem to be creeping into the park and even noticed one on the road to En medio beach?? anyway any views would be welcome – I live in the Marbella area so am not up to date with what is going on there ?? HELP me please!!

We went to visit the area in general two years ago and couldn’t believe how grotty the whole Cabo area is.
The plastic is never ending and the number of shanty towns is incredible.
Sadly, I wouldn’t care how nice one part of it is with the neighbours that you would inherit.
