Can anyone help us out.

We are looking to buy a villa on Monte pego just wondered if any one out there can let us know what the down sides are if any.

Is it misty/foggy in winter, are there good/bad areas, and what is the community like.

What sort of costs are involved, community charges, council charges etc

Any info much appreciated
