Buying property in Spain.

Please could anyone tell me of a company that does all the work for you when buying a property in Spain.

Yes, there are some companies and professionals who help you buy, and hold your hand through the process. They are called property search and acquisition companies, also know as buying agents or buyers agents. They charge you a fee for the service, typically a percentage of the purchase price. There are other companies called search and find who just search for you, and typically share the sales commission with the estate agent on vendor side, so you don’t pay them an extra fee.
