      I am thinking of buying underground garage space for 7000. Is there a

      minimum charge for , notary, registration tax, registry fees other taxes

      re buying in Lanzarote.

      What do you mean by “minimum charge”? All the fees you mention vary according to the value of the transaction, though they may have a fixed and variable component.
