i am just about to buy an apartment in Barcelona. I have been looking for a year so feel fairly comfortable about my understanding of the market, appropriate price etc. But I am undecided as to which mortgage is better – fixed for 10 years or following the euribor. Does anyone have a strong opinion or thoughts on this as this will be a significant investment and I want to make sure I get it right? any thoughts are appreciated 😀
