Hi
I am buying a garage space under my apartment block. When I bought my apartment i used a lawyer and was very happy with the service.
My question is this – is it worth using a solicitor for something as simple as a garage space in an aprtment block which has been sold and occupied for over 3 years. The solicitor wants 400€ + IVA.
Oh, yes, I even got the seller to declare the full value!!! Thanks for all the tips on that one.
