The general idea since the start of recession is that buying and selling spanish properties has become exceedingly difficult or almost impossible.
Well, the fact it’s not the case at all. It has never been so easy to sell and buy properties now than ever without any hassles, in this financial climate.
I am buying new properties without mortgage and sold my old ones within a matter of days and weeks rather than years.
Feel free to contact me, if you are thinking to buy or sell properties easily.

On the face of it this seems like a commercial post and, sorry to say, a load of codswallop.
Even in this market, I doubt buying or selling is at all easy in Spain right now.
As there is a huge amount of unsold new and resale homes in Spain, with many homeowners in negative equity because many homes have dropped 50% from their peak, and still unable to sell despite the drop, how come it’s so easy to sell?
Of course, a fool and his money are soon parted, so buying could be easy if the buyer gets talked into buying in haste.
So if it is that easy, feel free to elaborate here, I doubt though that Mark will allow commercial posts though. 🙄

I must admit that after reading everything about Social Networks and the place to be is forums…I do kinda realise that I will never sell a sausage in one, any one! Just doesn’t work that way. Forums are tough places and “forum personas” are very different to real world people, so I tend to find that “…never been easier”, is more like “never been more difficult!”

Hi Ejones,
Why don’t you post your pointers here on the forum. I have just put mine back on market after taking if off for the summer to do some short term lets. I feel unless you give your property away for nothing it will take at least 6 months or more to sell and that is with a 22% reduction in price from the original purchase price property is in good location close to amenities and beaches. Please enlighten me and share your wisdom.

EJONES, I agree with Marjal, not a sausage is your likely result, although this site could sometimes be retitled Spanish Property Investment as much as Insight, I don’t think your going to get much of a response to that post really.
My associates did sell a once prominent and active poster last year, which was really nice to see and know, but he actually came via another agent!
And for about 3 years the number of private mails, all I had was 2 until out of sympathy last year Charlie did me favour and upped it by 50% in sending me a pm. The box is kind of full now, but I would be interested to see your reply to Angela, and then how you deal with Angie – however anything that keeps me out of the firing line is very welcome though!
