I bought a property in Barcelona in 2014 with my Catalan husband. I may be in the fortunate position later this year to purchase a second apartment in the city as an investment. But unsure about tax implications and should i set it up under a company etc. Does anyone has advice/insight they can share as to the best way to approach this?
