Buying a property from La Caxia Bank- paperwork required to proof nil income?

      Does anyone know what I can provide to show that I have Nil income?  The Banks Money Laundering section is saying that I must prove my income even though I don’t require a mortgage?  I am 52 and left my job in UK in December. I am not working in Spain and am living off savings.  I have given proof of where the money came from to buy the property. (The sale of my property in UK). I have given them my P45 from my last job but they say that won’t do?  My solicitor doesn’t seem to know what will suffice either?  Any advice would be much appreciated.

      Sorry to say I can’t think of any advice to help with this typically bureaucratic jam you are in.

      Give them proof of the income you recieve from savings  you obviously have income
