I’m looking into buying three apartments in Malaga each with two bedrooms to rent out. What sort of taxes will I incur purchasing these properties – will taxes be more as I’m buying more than one property? Also once purchased how much will local/property taxes be if each apartment costs around €70,000. Any help would be great, thanks.

Hi,

The amount of taxes you pay will depend on whether the property is classified as a resale or offplan. It will also depend on the declared sales price.
