I am interested but not desperate in property resale Villas or nice Fincas in the Benissa, Jalon Valley area or around the contryside area of Xativa,or Chella. I am loking for min 3 bed 2500m2-10,000.00m2 of land proper mains electric internet access a pool or room to build one. dont mind a bit of a refurb as iv heard building work prices have become very cheap at the moment. we have up to 250,000 euros ready to pay for the right property. we are fully aware of the recent crash and expect an unbeleivable legal bargain of a place so dont get upset if we offer you much lower than market value for your pride and joy. However if your in trouble finacially and you gotta get out with your shirt half on get back to me.
