Building costs

      In the past several years I’ve seen that home building/renovating costs (per sq. m) have risen quite a bit, it seems they almost doubled. In 2001 it looked like the common quote for decent quality was 500-700 euros/sq.m, now it looks like it’s 1000-1500 euros/sq.m. Has anyone noticed whether building costs have fallen at all recently?
