Builder of Puerto Banus goes into administration

      Inmobiliaria Juban, the company that built Puerto Banus, El Valle de los Caidos, and a lot of new housing around Madrid in the ’50s and ’60s, is reported to have gone into administration.

      They survived the 2 previous house crashes, but not this one.

      Makes you wonder who will be left standing when it’s all over.

      Yes, this one is mother of all. They must have got a pretty strong balance sheet to survive this far, where the might have fallen.

      It will be bigger then the great deppression in terms of waste but since “wealth” is at an all time high level I’m not sure people will figure it out for quite some time.
