Did anyone tell them it can rain a bit, all year around, up there?

Seems, according to the report they are after “el paisaje, la tranquilidad, los prados, la gastronomía.” I hope they get on with the local Gallegos, who have a rep for being “difficult”.

Maybe, they like the rain & the greenery or like a Galiago they have difficulty in knowing if they like the sunshine or the rain.

A happy news story, great. It doesn’t always have to be downers on Spain. I hope they’ll all be happy with their choice.

We’ve been to Galicia several times and never had rain fortunately, it’s a very green and attractive part of Spain and the coastline is really nice on sunny days. No Winter day time darkness there for Scandinavians, a bit like Cornwall in Winter. Easy access to Portugal which we sometimes drove to. 8)

Some stunning places and beaches there. Playa de ls Catedrales is my favourite. A nice change from the ex-pat costas.

I’m getting paranoid again. I’m fairly sure I didn’t include a picture link when i posted this thread – yet there it is! 🙄 ❓

It can only be the hand of God.
