The local paper Diario de Mallorca reports that Brad Pitt has bought a villa in Mallorca for €3.5m (pictured), which those in the know say is a “bachelor pad”.
The villa is in Port d’Andratx, in the south west of the island, with great sea views by the looks of the pictures. It has 900m2, 8 rooms, garden and pool, and is nice and private. We know how Hollywood stars value their privacy.
Pitt went to Mallorca for a few days of R&R after filming his latest movie called Allied in the Canaries. He was accompanied by Marion Cotillard, his co-star in this film about escaping from the German Embassy during WWII.
Pitt was advised in the purchase by Alessandro Proto, who seems to be the go-to man for A-list celebs looking for property on the island. Proto told the press that “it’s a small house for a bachelor, not for a family. I don’t think he has bought this house for his present family.”
Earlier this year there were rumours circulating about Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie getting divorced because he can’t handle her jealousy a wants out, bringing new meaning to the term Brexit. This news could “revive the rumours of divorce” says the Diario de Ibiza.
