A recent advert. by
promoting Spain (and Cyprus) is claiming 20% + growth on capital Per Annum. I phoned to ask where to which they said they could not guarantee this growth and it was a recent market survey giving this figure. So why advertise it as a selling point if they can’t confirm or guarantee this? Be Warned, many agents in Spain speak with forked tongues.
