I have 2 studios & 1 two bed property. Do I have to get Spanish registration on each of them? Currently I have withdrawn 2 of them from a Holiday letting website as I fear this is the case. I have guests booked for part of June, July and August with a current total rental income of £2000. What is my tax bill likely to be on this amount. With very high yearly community charges, basura, tax a s a non resident, electricity etc. I am likely to be running at a loss without having to pay yet more tax. Also do I have to declare this in England as well?
If I make a big loss by end of Sept. when there are no more guests till June next year is it economically viable?
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Also if I download the Declaracion Responsable form can I come out of the registration if I then go on to long term rental?
