I have a 2 bedroom apartment in Arenal Golf in Benalmadena which is scheduled to be completed in December of this year. I really cannot afford to complete and would very much like to sell.
It is in phase 2 and is in a very good location. It includes a golf share in the 18-hole golf course which is being built there as well. It is in a Gated secure urbanization with fully-fitted gymnasium, community swimming pools, golf & country Club, etc etc etc. Lots of great things about this place, but like I say, I cannot afford to complete if I can help it.

I have put down 30% with the remainder being due on completion. There is a mortgage available from developer if buyer wants it.
