      Hi we used one of their lawyers 3 years ago, for which I would definitely not recommend them. But things may have changed. I don’t think I can give you the name of the person we dealt with on this forum. But if you PM me I will tell the name that still makes my blood boil 3 years later!!

      I’m assuming that this is the same Baugat (Calle Castillo in Estepona) that I used for my purchase and like Jackie would recommend only to someone for whom I had a particular dislike. My experience was that up fornt they were most accommodating but in practice failed to live up to their promises.

      Yes they are the same.
      This firm is used by a particular developer. BEWARE!!!
      Absolutely awful.
      As i am still waiting for a return phone call regarding some serious breach of the law, i believe that they may realise how serious i was when they hear from the Spanish Law Society.

      This is the only way these ‘dodgy’ lawyers will realise that they are playing with honest people!!!

      We must remember Maria’s saying ‘We have rights!’

      The irony for me was that they (or the particular lady) was recommneded by an acquaintance living in Spain. Clearly, one has to be wary at all times.
