I saw this today on another forum. 930,000 euro I would think compared to others around there it would be worth about 300,000 (perhaps I am overgenerous) 😆 Large built but looks a bit of a DIY hotch potch, not to mention the grotty kitchen. If I were an agent I wouldn’t advertise it.

There is woman for a man or a man from a women etc. irrespective of the shape,size,colour, race,creed etc. Properties
and the buyers have similar kind of relationship i.e. for every property their is a buyer. The question is the at what price
does this union takes place.

Have seen that development in the flesh, so to speak. A perfect example of ruining a lovely area. I think they are overpriced!
