      We are selling our 2 bed, 2 bath (one with Jacuzzi) on Duquesa Village – Phase II – A. Ground floor apartment – Block 7 – No 1902, SE facing. Size plot 137.57, Build 87 Terrace 32

      It is currently being used as the Show Home so has been finished to an extremley high standard.

      We are selling at 195,000€, which is about 60,000 below developers price.

      It should be ready in early 2006.

      Hi,

      The photo on your website front page is a whopping 1.3 megabytes. I make video files smaller than that. You need to compress it about 50 times smaller otherwise nobody will visit the site. I think you’ve done the same thing on the other pages

      For anyone that might be interested I can confirm that this is a beautiful apartment. I have visited this show home and the finish and quality is of a very high standard. This is a cracking price for the property!

      You are correct – the property was sold in Feb 2006. 😀 😀
