Barcelona's 'Brexit Action Plan'

Apparently Barcelona City Hall, run by left-winger Ada Colau, has drawn up a Brexit Action Plan to attract British companies and business people to Barcelona in the light of the UK’s Brexit vote to leave the EU. An October road-show to London is planned to woo companies that want to have an office in the EU after the UK has officially left. Barcelona will been selling itself on its cheap office space, educated workforce with lower labour costs than the UK, strong industrial base, and of course, its great quality of life.
