I’m doing some underwriting work for a fund looking at Barcelona. I also see signs of a recovery in prime Barcelona. Let’s hope it’s sustainable.

Barcelona gets a high ranking in The Economist’s Intelligence Unit’s Safe Cities Index 2015. I think this is one of the factors underpinning growing foreign demand for property in Barcelona.
