hi slight problem when you hand over your monies and signed you have to wait 4 to 6 weeks for bank guarantee to come through, by this time it would be to late to do anything if you had a bank guarantee that was bogus, or is it possible to get hold of who or what bank is supplying the guarantees before you sign and then do your checks,? I TAKE IT THE LAWYER DOES NOT CHECK IT, THANKS
