My off-plan build is way behind time and have ask solicitor to move on our bank guarantee. He has advised that if I want to get my money back then there is an additional charge of 2500 euro plus vat to pay to get the
bank guarantee resolved. This is additional to the fee that he is charging for the conveyancing. Further, does anybody know what am i able to claim for when enforcing the bank guarantee?
