Please do you have any information on the Balearic Tourist Eco tax which is now effective. particularly regarding the objective estimate (module system) of collecting the tax that is being used by many manager/owners of apartment blocks rather than just charging tourists on an individual basis . Any details os rates and calculations welcomed please or a link to an official web site.
