Shakeel, this is the development that was pushed by all as being heavily discounted without ever mentioning the original sale prices, then told ‘it was all sold’ which after research was a load of baloney as only half the site had been offered for sale, and another Bank owned the remaining units but not released them. It was one of those old tricks of trying to show more demand and people queuing. Some cancellations ensued too.
But then again, who knows what the latest is? 🙄
