I have recently been sent the latest newsletter from the above mentioned. I thought I would “refresh” my memory of them. These are just a couple of their misleading diatribes.
“We are continuing to expand on an international, not local basis” ….”the benefits that …..offers for example our unique Supercover Guarantee, Aftersales Division and our determination to ‘listen and care’ about our customers’ needs are exportable to many beautiful locations around the world. Because of our services, reputation and longevity, purchasers can be confident to buy with us wherever we are in the world.”
….. is now generally acknowledged as the premier agency in Southern Spain. “We sell more property than any other agency”

I received on one those too !! I bought through them 5 years ago and the service was awful, they did nothing for me after they’d had my deposit and I never heard from them again , no one ever answered my calls, then suddenly 8 months ago they started bombarding me with news letters and offers, maybe theyre finding business harder and have started trawling through there records to harrass old customers!!

Claire, as you know we found their service, tactics, after-sales,lawyers etc etc absolutely AWFUL, their so called super cover guarantee has not helped in the White Whale case.
They are offering cheap £49 inspection trips now, maybe a sign of the times.
To everyone who has not heard this before, I can prove that this Company put in writing that they sell 94% of all investors’ properties on again prior to completion, I challenged their Chairman at an exhibition and he ‘huffed’ before saying the figure was nearer 75%, whereas ex staff say the figure is really 17-20% and most of these belonged to staff, even Bill Blevins of Blevins Franks analysts, always being quoted in the S.
Times said their figures were totally untrue.Be careful everyone, but remember not all agents are like this.
