their new brochure focuses on Bulgaria, Thailand and South Africa by the way.
Guess they realise SPain is over for them. I wonder if they will ever do the decent thing with the poor investors caught in White Whale scandel. I refuse to belive they didnt know what was happening, certainly they continued to sell and take deposits long after the investigation started.

okay – whoever thought that estate agents where good guys and “help you out” and be your friend 😆
Heres a job description from an actual agent in Marbella – see the bit where they are pushing “helping” you find furnishing – they get a commission from the shop, Mortgage and insurance – they get a commission. Don’t forget this is on TOP of your 5% ++

Not to be confused with administrative roles this has a very strong sales focus and requires a great deal of tenacity and persuasion, mainly on the telephone. Your role is to promote our clients range if value added services and products, anything from furnishings to finance or insurance. The advantage is that the clients have already dealt with your company; therefore this cannot be regarded as a cold calling role. -
