Found this about Awful Estates and current, just to show that they are at it in TURKEY as well as Spain.

They are also members of AIPP formed to protect buyers’ interests.
What are they like, if they’re having a tough time in Spain they just move their obsequious misselling elsewhere. 👿

Another disaster waitng to happen, when the muslims take over completely the country will make Iran look right wing.
The other frightening thing is the agents seem to be coming out with the same crap ,agents in general used in Spain,. “No problemli” and “Yarin, yarin”will be the “in” expressions.
Am sure the same lies are being told in the other so called ” hotspots”

I also think Turkey is a potential disaster waiting to happen.
Another one which will go badly wrong one day will be Morocco, it shares a very long land border with Algeria and Mauretania both of which have fanatics operating, and right now Algeria especially is having major problems with fanatics who bomb and kill indiscriminently anyone.
Years ago I visited Algeria (when you could go there) and went to a town called Blida, then about 8 years ago these fanatics slit the throats of 600 local residents.
If they wanted they could easily cross the border into Morocco and cause mayhem, what price will Moroccan property be then?
Anyway, despite all this, Awful Estates should be barred from selling properties, they are not to be trusted at all, constant mis-selling. 😡
