Hey there everyone. I’m new to this forum, but really have learned alot from listening to you guys.
I was wondering if anyone is aware of any good investment opportunities in Ávila or Segovia? I’ve been hearing alot about good potential capital appreciation there with the coming arrival of the AVE.
Plus, I like the fact they’re near to Madrid (where I live).

An area not known to very many, except lovers of Corderos. Not a place for Veges ( not that I am one )
The charm of Avila is the old part which if I remember well was used in the filming of El Cid.
Both the areas are very cold during autmn to Spring however its lovely party of Spain a visit to la Granga is a must. Perhaps when the Ave arive it will bring tourism to the area but this can be done on a day trip from Madrid and in the final analysis it depends what are the prices and what you get for it.
