We put a deposit in 2003 regarding the above development. After a string of various problems and now being told that the development is in the hands of the judicial court we are still waiting for the return of our deposit as we refused to sign papers as the 2nd developer is selling the complex as aparthotel which is not what we originally wanted.
Is there anyone out there with the same problems? 😯
