I have a front line Augusta Villa on La Tercia Golf Resort. There were only a few built and the developer is not building anymore but has substituted it for a similar but much smaller model. This one is magnificent and built on 1150 sqmtrs plot and only a few hundred yards from the club house. I am gutted but have to sell it and I have it with an agent for 630k but I am prepared to let it go for 550k without commission, private sale only.
