Rojas was one of the developers in the Malaya corruption case (he built all around marbella). He has been unable to pay his substantial lawyers fees for some time. His lawyers have called in a guarntee he gave them and some of his unsold units will be auctioned at Marbella courts next month.
So the Lawyers (named in the article) manage to act fairly quickly and get justice for themselves quicker than they do for their clients. 🙄
It does say at the end of the article that these subastas (auctions) do not get any interest, which sort of kills dead the theory that people are buying
