  “….a company which aims to “provide a safe and secure process for buying properties in Spain”.
  And how many times have we read that! Read that back in 2003 re. an illegal build that never got built.
  
  “In addition, all the necessary legal documents will have been gathered ready to send on to the purchaser’s lawyer”…….
  Which is dandy until all those legal documents later get revoked.
  
  They can huff and they can puff but don’t doubt that the Spanish can blow your house down.
