I’m sorry but I can’t help you with estate agent recommendations in that area for the time being. I don’t recommend estate agents until I done a mystery shopper on them, toured with them, met the sales personnel and talked to previous customers. I haven’t had a chance to do this on the Murcian coast. However be careful. There are so many Brits selling property in Spain and most of them haven’t a clue what they are doing. It’s the blind leading the blind.

You might wish to consider using a buyer’s agent in Murica. Stacks Relocation have an office in Murica.

Hi

I have basically the same quesiton as above escept that the area I am looking at is Cadiz province especially the white villages area. any suggestions about honest real estate agents in this area?? I am leaving soon for this area and really feel that inspite of reading this website for 4 months I can’t find out anything aobut agents in this area.

Sorry Monicals, I can’t help on this one. I won’t recommend without knowing a lot about an agent and in that area I don’t know any. If anyone else can I would ask them to do it by private message to Monicals please.
