      Does it surprise any one on the forum??? I can bet that the Hacienda will not accept responsibilty and demand the full rate !!!!!!!!!!

      I’m confused – I thought the 4% reduced tax incentive on new builds expired on new year’s eve and that we were now back to 8%

      it did. PP have extended it for this year

      Why I have no faith in PP. They will continue to enrich their pals, at the expense of everyone. Oh yeah, this is no mistake.
