      I am intrested in high end apartment or villa in Sotogrande … can somebody help me with some idea about the expected prices per square meter

      Are you looking to live there or to rent out?,that’s quite a general question, Sotogrande will command higher prices than the rest of the area’s around there.

      I am buying as an investment (rent and price appreciation within 5 years)…. I have been offered an apartment in anew building (350) m for around 1 million euro but the seller is distressed and can go 30% down… is it a reasonable price??

      Where abouts in Sotogrande is the flat? In the Marina?

      As an asking price you can compare to others on the market. For example, the average asking price of flats in the Sotogrande area on the market today is 2,280 €/sqm according to idealista.com

      I think you mean 3000€ per M2.
