I and a lot of other people have been ripped of by a guy called Marc Beckers in Fuertaventura after attempting to purchase apts in a project called Caleta Paraiso. I wont go into the full story but Im finding it impossible to get a response from a lawer to act on my behalf. Ive contacted 4 so far and just cant get a decent response. This is the sort of behaviour I expect here in the Mid East but Spain/ Europe !!!!! maybe Im just too naive ANY HONEST LAWER OUT THEIR WANTS TO DEFEND HIS PROFFESSION LET ME KNOW

If you gave more info about your situation, there are lawyers on the forum who may be able to give you advice about what steps need to be taken. They always give sound and excellent advice.Failing that, there are recommended lawyers on this sight for different areas of Spain. I do not know if Fuertaventura is covered.
