Any Benefit to Keeping Spanish Mortgage?

      We are non residents with a Spanish Mortgage with very little remaining on it and paying barely any interest. Is there any benefit to be had from letting it run to it’s natural end (about a year) or better to pay it off now?

      I wouldn’t think it makes any difference, just be careful there is no charge for paying off early.
