Antonio Banderas Marbella home garden wall demolished

      Antonio Banderas has lost part of his garden to the Ley de Costas – Coastal law.

      The authorities have started knocking down his garden wall. I think they reached a negotiated settlement with him, in which he gets the property fully legalised in return, or something like that.

      Hmmm, lovely shade of orange. Anyways, I thought the ley de costas came from central government. How is it that councils can decide how this law is applied?

      According to a report I read in Málaga Sur the property was built under an illegal licence given to the previous owner by Jesus Gil.
