Have a look of this video of Sandakan in court in the Caso Malaya case yesterday. Even if you don’t understand it is worth watching his performance, especially the crocodile tears 😆 He speaks of how he started work as a humble goat-herd. how he is a good and honest man and wasn’t interested in the money just finding work for his workers 🙄 He was the guy who built all over the coast, Arenal 2000. Accused of making 2 payments of 300,000 to Roca at marbella Town Hall. Click on Video to the right of the page.

What a cheating fraudulent bastardo he is katy.

They should give him something to really make him cry, like cutting off his cahones and liberally dousing him with salt, prison and fines would be too easy for the goat herder. Better still, let those he cheated have the honour of doing it, what’s wrong with old fashioned justice? 😆

Angie, I couldn’t have put it better myself 😆 Another court video shows him saying he went on Honeymoon to málaga and impregnated his wife on the very first night…very relevant 🙄

Then on the 2nd night he impregnated who, the third who, the 4th who etc etc, did he think he was still in charge of a flock of goats? Chop it off I say 😆 Does he use that word, impregnated, because he thinks he’s a stallion? 🙄

Sorry…impregnation was my version 😆 Was quicker than posting “The first night I slept with my wife she became pregnant”. He was really rambling on about everything.

I prefer your version katy, nothing wrong with a little embellishing now and again, makes it far more interesting 😉

It looks like Penarroya has also been ‘cleared’ in the Malaya Case. Here’s a snippet from his blog (rough translation):

‘….Finally confirms what i have been maintaining for five long years. They have been five years very hard, marked by injustice and by the unnecessary suffering of family, but even the justice is very slow and everything takes time, finally the truth opens the path and justice gives me reason.

I would like to thank from here to all those who have believed in my innocence, the who have supported me in this long journey until the truth has come to light…’

What ‘truth’ is he talking about? The ‘injustice & unnecessary suffering’ continues for his victims, unfortunately. Unbelievable 👿

That is true, if that is the case and he is through the courts when will La Reserva de Marbella get it’s piece of legal LFO paper, totally sick of this dragging on and on and on and on. Sorry he has had five years of injustice ! we owners have had five years of hell, stress and worry. 👿

Re: the theme park being planned in Malaga:
‘…The Peñarroya group, headed by Cristobal Peñarroya announced proposals to build what they are claiming will be the largest Theme Park in Europe, the park plans to cover an area of 250 hectares, and will be dedicated exclusively for rides and attractions, as opposed to having facilities for business delegates. The project, which will be built in Malaga, Andalusia “will come backed by a U.S. cinema corporation with experience with amusement parks”, said the group owner, Christopher Peñarroya.

Although no specific location for the park has been given, it is believed that it will be situated between two larger Towns in the east of the Province.

The Peñarroya group is in the final stages of securing funding from a German financial institution to provide the money needed for investment. It was also suggested that the project would “create up to 12,000 jobs due to the hotels, which would in turn accommodate 12,000 guests.” Specific details are thin on the ground at this early stage, but it is not difficult to draw parallels between this (proposed) project, and the Paramount Pictures Theme Park being constructed by Premursa at Alhamo de Murcia…’

This quote is from November 2011.
I wonder if the German financiers are aware of His connection with the Malaya case, and more importantly the amount of embargoes so many of us have on a significant piece of land he owns ❗ It just gets murkier & murkier.

      Hi,

We are part of a legal class action against La Reserva De Marbella (Penarroya). We won’t he court case against La Reserva some time ago but he didn’t pay the deposits back so embargoes have been put in place on his properties. The auction is going to take place shortly to sell the embargoes properties. I would like to speak to people who are part of the class action or people who have been involved in a similar process.

      Frosty
