      Apparently ADH are now charging commission of 10% + VAT on all resales up to EUR300k.

      Interesting move?

      Many agents still charge rip-off commissions in Spain and should be avoided if possible. For example there is a house for sale in Monte Frio which is being market through REM radio station for 199k euros, or you can have the pleasure of paying 285k euros through the ex Viva wide boys operating on the roundabout outside Alhaurin Golf, one of several they are charging ridiculous commissions on.

      “Only” 10%? Sounds more like a DECREASE in commission 😉

      I forgot to work out the wideboys’ commission on that property, looks like about 45% if they sell for their price and only give the 199k to the vendors.
