Hear hear Katy. Well said.
At our first meeting with Carlos he almost shook with rage when we discussed how our first (Spanish) lawyer had so badly let us down, and how our (Spanish) developer was trying to royally s***w us. He admitted he felt so ashamed at what his own countrymen and his own profession were doing.
It takes a brave man to speak out like this because for sure there are many out there who simply don’t have the courage.
