We paid 6000 euros deposit until our lawyer checked whatever she checked, we then paid a further 41,000 euro in the January 05 and then in June 05 we paid a further 23,000 , we should also pay a further 23,000 in June 06, but we are not happy with this developer can request all money back even the deposit???and the interest as per the contract?? They have not started building yet.. please advise
