      Hi. I have to make a decision soon whether to have AirCon or UFHeating in a new villa. Really it is the heat that I will need for winter that is more important as we will have a nice breeze off the sea to cool place year round. Architect has both in the ‘mediciones’ builder suggests hot and cold AC, but UFHeating appears v popular. They both cost about the same to install. We will have 2 large open fires in living areas as well.

      Go with the Air Con. You can’t guarentee those sea breezes (unless you live on the cd Luz 😆 )
