I have just had a great experience with a real estate agency in Tarifa (Southernost point of Spain) , I have done the legal assistance (obviously) for some english clients who have bought an old house in the historic quarters of Tarifa and the agency has been most professional and helpful.
I would recommend their services for anyone thinking on buying ( or selling ) in that beautiful corner of Europe, it is run by two spanish ladies called Verónica and Helena, actually the agency is named after Verónica’s family name: Gómez de Salazar.
They have been very straight forward , efficient getting documents needed for completion, quick answering e-mailand faxes, willing to help at any time.
Even as it is against my own interests , as I am based in Málaga, I have to say that Tarifa and sorroundings is one of the most beautiful places of Spain, only the views of Africa ( only 14 kms away ! ) and the Morrocan villages…is just breathtaking.
