I have tried to gather information on property management companies in Costa Blanca South. From some of the stories I have read in the forum, I am a bit nervous to say the least. Thinking now of advertising property myself, doing brochures etc and letting friends and family know about property. In time when I get to know whos who and whats what, I will perhaps hand it over for someone to manage. But in the meantime, I would be grateful for any pointers, advice on renting out. We are purchasing in an urbanisation called Zeniamar 5kms outside Torrvieja. So I am all ears if anyone is listening.

Can’t give you any advice on renting itself but we did an article recently on furnishing your property (including for renting purposes) recently which you may find of interest.

Thanks for that information. It is helpful to know of the various places and what they offer. The apartment we are purchasing comes furnished so it takes the pain out of it a bit.
