Hi,
We are thinking of just renting out to people we know – friends/family members. I would be grateful for any advice. What way would you go about it, do you do up a brochure. If they do rent would you charge full rate, would you charge for cleaning. I would be most grateful for any advice be it good or bad or any tips at all. Also does anyone know of a good electrical shop in Torrvieja area that supplies and installs air conditioning units.
